Great for a family stopover

We really enjoyed the smooth check-in process & friendly staff who were always willing to help. The room was surprisingly clean and had a great location near the trains for easy access to Wrigley and loads of food spots.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it wasn’t too bad.

The room was cozy with a comfortable king-size bed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was incredibly responsive and friendly, and the hotel was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. We also appreciated the 24-hour front desk service.

This place felt a bit like a crowded cantina at rush hour. The elevators are tiny, good luck fitting more than two people, and with only two for 14 floors, you're bound to wait. No in-room fridge or microwave made snacks a hassle. Hallways echoed every door creak and conversation, keeping any light sleeper awake through the night. Shower pressure? Let’s say it might just wake you up, eventually. Prom season brought a colorful—but loud—crowd that kept things interesting, if not a bit disruptive.

Location was massive! Easy access to downtown sights, felt alive. But the room was a bit cramped and noisy with sirens. 🚨
